Call of Duty: Modern Warfare - The Shotgun 725 receives further improvements
The developer pays attention to keeping the soul of the weapon.
Infinity Ward recently has a patch for published Call of Duty: infinite warfare. In addition to two new cards and hardpoint mode, weapons as the 725 Shotgun and the M41A assault rifle were tinkered. In the former case, however, it can be a bit too effective in unintentional areas.
Joe Cecot, co-design director of multiplayer, has confirmed this on Twitter and explains: There is a further optimization that the rare, very long setting should be removed. If the goal is in poor health, this thing will always spread. Other changes are unknown, but Cecot said the team is concerned with preserving the soul of the weapon.
Weapon's Balance was a common problem with Call of Duty Modern Warfare since the beta with many clues as effectively the M41A is. With the start of the game, the 725 Shotgun became an even better option due to its sniper range and one-shot potential. We will see how the team adapts the shotgun in the future. Maybe the other shotguns will also get smaller buffs to make them more attractive?
Call of Duty Modern Warfare is now available for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. You can read our review for the game here. The game will receive his first Battle Pass next month.
