The filtration of Call of Duty: Vanguard reveals a possible Minimap of Modern Warfare

Even though Call of Duty: Vanguard is outdoors so that everyone see it, there is still a ton that Sledgehammer Games still has to reveal. Mainly on the side of the multiplayer, the community does not know much about what the mode will offer. While players can know most of the features during the multiplayer disclosure on September 7, the filtrators are getting forward to the news, as usual. A filtration that emerged recently has to do with the Vanguard minimap.

The theme of the minimap was not discussed by fans to Modern Warfare in 2019. At that time, Infinity Ward decided to change the game and introduce a new minimap; One that showed no enemy fire as a red point unless there was a UAV in the air. The general opinion was that this minimap was lower and rewarded the camping players. Infinity Ward reversed some of its decisions with the minimap after the comments of fans.

However, according to a leak, it seems that Sledgehammer Games could return with the same minimap in Vanguard.

Minimap of Modern Warfare

The filtration surrounding the minimap comes from a well-known behavior @modernwarzone, which has a long trajectory in the presentation of correct information. According to them, Vanguard currently employs Modern Warfare's same minimap, which does not show red points on the non-deleted enemy fire map.

Call of Duty: Vanguard will not show enemies not suppressed in your minimap when shooting. This is the same case in Modern Warfare of 2019.

I've been waiting for this because I expected it to have changed before the audience had in their hands Vanguard, but it does not look like it.

For most fanatics, this does not seem to be good news. The classic minimap that is currently used at Black Ops Cold War is much more popular than that of the non-classical version.

It is not clear why Sledgehammer supposedly took this controversial decision. However, ModernWarzone states that the current minimap could be simply a surplus of Modern Warfare engine and Vanguard developers will replace it closer to the launch on November 5. Vanguard is executed in the same version, although up-to-date, of the MW engine.

Whether this is the case or not, it seems that the minimapa will be like that of Modern Warfare when the beta is launched open at the beginning of September. However, Sledgehammer Games publicly declared that they will take into account the comments of the community with respect to Vanguard. Then, if fans want to change an aspect of the game, such as the Minimapa or Dead Silence, they can kindly send their comments to the developers.

It is supposed that fans will see the minimap in action during the Champion Hill Alpha this weekend.
