These are the first opinions of Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore

_ Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore _ will premiere next week, but the reviews of this movie have already begun to emerge online. For all those who expected this tape to remedy the errors of the second installment in this series and, in general, it was a good feature film, we have bad news.

According to the initial ratings, _ fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore_ has a 58% acceptance percentage in Rotten Tomatoes , this taking into account 38 reviews by different media. In general, the negative aspects focus on the lack of a clear direction, on how the tape does not have a satisfactory resolution, and that many of the narrative elements feel like only points necessary for the following deliveries in the series.

This was what Film Stories said about:

"This is a film afflicted by every conceivable curse of being an ungrateful intermediate delivery, which develops through a lot of noise and shine CGI but nothing in the path of the real magic of narration".

This is the opinion of Daily Express (UK):

"Someone, please shake a magic wand and find a plot and characters that really interest us".

For its part, this mentioned AV Club:

"The most disconcerting of Dumbledore's secrets is how superfluous they feel each of him in relation to others."

Similarly, Polygon is not happy with the tape:

"An evident attempt to straighten the ship has become a calamitous case of mission deviation, since a property without identity travels in meaningless circles, in search of a new sustainable direction."

However, there are a couple of reviews that talk about the positive aspects of the movie , as a comicbook:

"[Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore] manages to straighten the boat with emphasis on the characters and connections with the rest of the magical world, but getting out of the hole created by its predecessor only makes this just a success".

However, the general conception is that Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, once again, fails for a series of problems that show that J.K. Rowling is not a good writer for cinema. This tape will premiere on April 14 in Mexico.

On related topics, this is the duration of the tape. Similarly, here you can check the most recent trailer of the movie.

Editor's note:

These negative opinions do not surprise me. The two previous Fantastic Beast films suffer from similar problems, and everything falls on J.K. Rowling, who seems still without learning to write for a movie is not the same as for a book.
