History lesson - where can I find the side quest?

You can find the secondary quest “History Hour” in the district of Trinity , where the large church of the survivors is also located. Seen from the church you have to go west and cross a large place. The history teacher asks you to visit the monument place and ignite a candle. You can find the monument site in the southwest of the map, in the district of Houndfield .
