Summary of episode 8 of She-Hulk
In the last episode, we knew that the man with whom Jen was dating, Josh, was secretly a member of the She-Hulk hate forum in Intelligence. After spending the night with her, he copied her phone data and then cheated her.
It is also important to mention that Jen is a client of Luke Jacobson, an exclusive and high-end tailor that serves the superheroes. He is currently working in a dress that Jen can wear as She-Hulk at the laws of laws in southern California, where she will accept her prize for the lawyer of the year. Caught up? Excellent.

The episode begins at night with two cabriolet in the middle of a parking lot stealing flat screen televisions. His plans are frustrated... more or less, when Leap-Frog bursts into the scene with a joke about he is Guard-Frog. He carries a green suit with a green helmet that seems almost as if someone had made an old astronaut helmet to look like a frog head. He tries to dazzle and intimidate thugs with acrobatics that are less than impressive. Then, thugs proceed to trample it, which is when Leap-Frog tries to escape. He shouts the characteristic slogan of him, ‘Rabbit and Rip it!’ And activates his rocket boots. He throws himself into the air just to work badly, sending him strongly against concrete in a fireball.
It should be noted that Leap-Frog was not a joke character created exclusively for this program. He made his first appearance in Daredevil's comic in 1966. Omen?
She-Hulk is in the case... reluctant
In the office, Leap-Frog, also known as Eugene Castillo, defends his case before Jen Walters in her She-Hulk form. He says his suit worked badly and was supposed to be fireproof. She-Hulk accepts that there are reasons to sue the suit manufacturer and that is when Castillo explains that the suit manufacturer is none other than Luke Jacobson.
She-Hulk begs her chief, Mr. Holloway, who does not force her to represent Leap-Frog in court. She explains that she would have an emotional conflict since she is one of Jacobson's clients. More than that, she does not want to bother Jacobson for fear that he will not continue to design for her.
Holloway basically says that very bad. Leap-Frog's father is an important client and need to keep him happy. (Curious fact: Senior Castillo is also in the Marvel Comic canon as Frog-Man). Holloway continues to suggest that She-Hulk could urge Jacobson to reach an extrajudicial agreement to avoid a messy judgment.
Jacobson does not have it
Jen goes to the Jacobson workshop where she works on her dress for the gala. The diva always, Jacobson feels very insulted that Jen and her client accuse him of doing a defective job. She says he would never do anything less than exceptional. He not only would not reach an extrajudicial agreement, but he was putting Jen on her blacklist on her work. He proceeds to break She-Hulk's dress in front of her.
I see you in court
Next, we see She-Hulk sitting next to her client, Eugene Castillo, also known as Leap-Frog, in the Court. On the other table, Jacobson sits, apparently, prepared to represent himself in court. She-Hulk is confident that the victory was in the bag.

A certain blind lawyer, Matt Murdock. Matt Murdock is played by Charlie Cox, who played Murdock, also known as Daredevil in the successful Netflix series. Cox had previously resumed his role as Murdock in Spider-Man: No Way Home, but it was still a very welcome surprise.
Murdock and She-Hulk argue with the judge on whether the court would allow She-Hulk to bring other Jacobson customers to corroborate his work. She-Hulk says it would be necessary to have a better idea of Jacobson's work.
Murdock argues that since Jacobson's clients are heroes with secret identities, making them appear before the court to testify could endanger them.
Relocated Segovia agreements
Murdock then continues to say that Segovia's agreements have been repealed. This is a great statement for staunch fans of MCU.
For those who wonder, Segovia's agreements were introduced in Captain America: Civil War. They were created by the United Nations in response to the tragedy that took place when the scarlet witch destroyed a building causing many casualties when trying to intercept the Crossbones villain.
Segovia agreements established that all superheroes must register with the government and become essentially government employees. This caused a break in the Avengers who did not reconcile until the infinity war events. The point is that it has barely referred to the agreements from the Civil War, which raises the question: what left them? Shouldn't heroes respond to the government or be outlaw? Finally, an answer.
Return to court
The judge puts himself on the side of Murdock and Jacobson. She-Hulk is impressed with Murdock's lawyer skills. Castillo takes the defective suit of him and tries to appeal to the judge. Murdock aspires the air and asks Castillo what kind of fuel he used to boost the suit. Castillo proudly states that he used fuel for airplanes. Jacobson says that the use of aircraft fuels goes against strict instructions for demand and the case is dismissed immediately.

Jen sits alone in a bar, stirring in defeat. The antihero brings him a green Appleton, sent by the blind lawyer, Matt Murdock. Matt joins her and knows about her. Matt explains that he has an office in the Hell IS Kitchen neighborhood in New York. He came to California because he is a Jacobson client and owed him a favor. Jen finds Murdock lovely.
Frog jump in trouble
She-Hulk separates from Matt to meet a client, Dennis Borowski. Borowski originally presented himself as one of She-Hulk's suitors, but then reappeared as a client of the practice. But it turns out that he attracted her with false pretexts and just wanted She-Hulk to know him to be able to flirt with her. She-Hulk goes on bail and goes home. Once there, she receives a call from Leap-Frog, who is being attacked in his car. She-Hulk comes to the rescue of her at the top of a parking lot. She stops her car where the masked daredevil clung to the roof. Daredevil is giving a new yellow and red suit, different from the completely red one we saw in Netflix. This suit has a design similar to Frank Miller's comics.
She-Hulk and Daredevil face each other. Daredevil impresses her with her agility, but still, She-Hulk does a light job with him. She throws it into a car and hits him like thunder. She unmasks Daredevil to see that he really is Matt Murdock. Murdock explains that his powers function as highly sensitive echolocation. Matt then explains that Leap-Frog kidnapped Jacobson.

She-Hulk and Daredevil go to the little visible secret hiding place of Leap-Frog, the Lilly Pad. Daredevil and She-Hulk argue about tactics to end the 25 thugs. Daredevil explains the difference between thugs and henchmen. The henchmen believe in the cause, but thugs are only there for the salary.
Daredevil appears and, with a lot of touch, takes a handful of thugs with his club. But just when he is about to be assaulted by five attackers, She-Hulk crashes against them and crushes them. The two collide with the main room of the Lilly Pad. She-Hulk releases Jacobson (who agrees to accept her as a client) while Daredevil eliminates the rest of the thugs. Leap-Frog tries to escape. He jumps through the window just to break your legs and be taken in an ambulance.
Daredevil and She-Hulk got along, sitting under the big neon sign ‘Lilly Pad’. She-Hulk feels deeply attracted to Daredevil and asks when he returns to New York. When Daredevil says he leaves tomorrow, the two decide to make the most of the time they have.
The next morning
While Daredevil walks with shame from Jennifer Walters's apartment, Jen sits in her living room. She goes to the camera and says that she believes that the episode should have ended and that everything ended very well.
That's when Jenn's best friend, Nikki, enters to help her prepare for the law of the lawyers.
at the gala

She-Hulk, with the new Jacobson dress, attends the lawyers of southern California. She announces her as the lawyer of the year just to find out that she is one of her. While she goes to the crowd, the big screen behind her is kidnapped by the intellect trolls that hate She-Hulk. They execute this video that shows her emails, text messages and dating profile of her while calling her impostor and bitch. She-Hulk comes out and breaks the screen. The light goes, the public runs scared. She-Hulk chases a dark figure that she sees recording. She grabs him outside just to Swat aim at her outside. She drops the man running and She-Hulk looks around her horrified by what she has done.
